These mementos are from my 1960s canoe-tripper and 1970s Inaugural Winter Camp days at Camp Kandalore … The original slides were taken with my first SLR camera, an Asahi Pentax SV recommended by Kirk who, in addition to his many other talents, was an accomplished photographer … This was before the advent of Pentax “Spotmatic” through-the-lens metering, so exposures were hit-and-miss, especially in back-lit scenes … If you recognize people, shoot me an email with their names and I’ll add them to the photos … Ditto any additional information / anecdotes you may recall.
